The Power to the Veteran Transfer Student Experience webinar will focus on the sharing of space, community, and experiences in navigating the journey of higher education from the military to community college, and beyond. The experiences of veterans and military-connected students will be centered as we engage in dialogue and activities to students to share their experiences and advice. The webinar aims to empower, motive and inform prospective military-connected students about the opportunities, options, and experience of pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with fellow veterans and military-connected students who have attended a community college and successfully transferred as well as those who are current enrolled at a community college. The webinar is part of the CCCP Scholars Program.
