April 7Apply for a unique summer internship, the Advancing Inclusivity Internship, at the University of California, Riverside (UCR) Natural Reserve System (NRS)!
It provides students at all levels and from all academic backgrounds experience working in a natural environment, whether they are pursuing a STEM field in school or not. The goal of our internship is to introduce students that have previously had little access to being in natural areas of California.
The student will receive a $6000 stipend for the internship, which is from 20 June to 23 August 2024. This is an excellent opportunity overall, but for students who are interested in transferring to a university, such as the University of California Riverside.

April 8Led by a USC admission counselor, these one-hour sessions are designed to help prepare students to transfer to USC. The presentation includes information about the application process, transfer course selection, transfer credit policy, academics and financial aid. You should attend this session as soon as you know you are interested in the university. As the presentation primarily covers preparation for a successful transfer application, it may not be relevant if you have already applied.

April 12Join UC Santa Barbara's Office of Admissions as we discuss major preparation as a transfer applicant. During the session we will provide information on required and recommended major preparation coursework, including grades and GPA requirements. This webinar is intended for students that have not yet applied to transfer.

April 12The Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Staff and Faculty Association is proud to share that our scholarship application is now open. The award amount is $300 and the deadline is April 12, 2024 by 5 PM.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a currently enrolled student at Fullerton College
- Plan to finish a certificate in a Career Technical Education field OR earn an associate degree in the 2023-2024 year OR plan to be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited 4-year college or university in the next Spring or Fall term.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0
