If you are applying to a major in any of the schools listed below, it is your responsibility to complete your application by the appropriate deadline. Unless otherwise noted, all deadlines are the same as those listed on the Dates and Deadlines page. Be sure to obtain any required supplementary forms and to fulfill all departmental requirements.

For some majors requiring a portfolio or audition
Application Deadline:

This is the final deadline for transfer students applying to the following programs:

Iovine and Young Academy
Kaufman School of Dance
School of Cinematic Arts – BFA programs only
School of Dramatic Arts – BFA programs only
Thornton School of Music

The Transfer Center will be offering an informational webinar on the Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship on Thursday, December 1 (12-1pm).

MEET FORMER COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO RECEIVED THIS HIGHLY COVETED SCHOLARSHIP:

  • Maple Duong (Transferred to UCLA)
  • Isabella Solorio (Transferred to UC Irvine)
  • Jessica Susanto (Transferred to Stanford University) - Fullerton College Alumni

The Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship is a highly selective scholarship for the nation’s top community college students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degrees at four-year colleges or universities. Each Cooke Scholar has access to generous financial support for two to three years (up to $55,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school!), college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to connect with the thriving community of fellow scholars.

This workshop is open to students attending Cypress College and any other California Community College.
