The Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship is a highly selective scholarship for the nation’s top community college students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degrees at four-year colleges or universities. Each Cooke Scholar has access to generous financial support for two to three years (up to $55,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school!), college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to connect with the thriving community of fellow scholars.

    The Transfer Center will host the annual Fall College Fair on Tuesday, October 17, 10am-1pm on the quad.
    The Transfer Center will be closed to visitors from 8am-1pm but we will be available in the "Transfer Village" on the campus quad from 10am-1pm and will reopen the center at 1pm.

    SJSU Fall Preview Day is an excellent opportunity for students and guests to explore the numerous academic programs, vibrant campus life, and endless possibilities that San José State University has to offer. The event aims to provide insights into the unique experiences and resources that await students on our campus, helping them make informed decisions about their future education. Our main target audience are for transfer ready community college students ready to apply for Fall 2024 but we welcome all cohorts of students to visit us and partake in this event.

    During Fall Preview Day, attendees will have the chance to:

    2. Attend informative presentations highlighting various academic departments and programs as part of our wonderful academic colleges
