Congratulations on your admission to CSUN! Admitted Matadors Day is your opportunity to connect with fellow students and meet faculty and staff as you learn more about our campus community, our programs and the unique CSUN vibe that makes Matador life a great choice.
What will you enjoy at Admitted Matadors Day?
- Workshops to guide you through your next steps for enrollment, financial aid, housing and more.
- Mix and mingle with the academic colleges to learn more about your major and the cool experiences available to you within the program.
- Opportunities to connect with campus programs that support your success and student organizations that help round out your college experience.
- Cultural Talk panel discussions with students sharing about their lived experiences as self-identified members of select cultural groups.
- Campus and housing tours to show you our beautiful campus and residential community.

SJSU: Admitted Spartan Day

Admitted to San Jose State University for Fall 2024? Attend Admitted Spartan Day!
This is a special on-campus event created specifically for Fall 2024 newly admitted Spartan students to showcase all of what our Spartan Community has to offer. Our designation by U.S. News and World Report as one of the best overall universities in the West, combined with our unique location in the Heart of Silicon Valley, provides our future Spartans unique opportunities to expand their growing list of achievements in and out of the classroom. Event activities will include:
- An Event Welcome in our Provident Credit Union Event Center starting at 8:00 am. Hear from university leaders and get an overview of what to expect at Admitted Spartan Day (ASD) and all the wonderful offerings for students and guests.
- A campus-wide “Spartan to Future Spartan” Resource Fair with over 100+ student organizations, campus departments, majors and academic resources, and community partners.
- Tours of: Main Campus, University Housing, Spartan Recreation and Aquatics Center, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Library, the Hammer Theatre, and many more…
- Meeting faculty, staff, and current students in your major at the Academic Colleges Open Houses and Presentations.
- Attending special interest workshops.
- Opportunities to conduct business with Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarship Office, and the Bursar's Office will be available for questions regarding payment options.
- Check out our Spartan Bookstore and purchase some new SJSU ‘merch” while trying our many dining/food options as part of our Spartan Eats Food Services on campus.

Join us for an all-inclusive look into life at UC Santa Barbara. The in-person Open House event is the one day where campus resources are at your disposal.
