Transfer Center eCounseling – Intake Form
During the Application Season (August – December), counseling services in the Transfer Center will be limited to students applying for transfer to the CSU and/or UC for 2021. Highest priority will be given to students who have attended our Application Workshop Series. All others will be directed to the Counseling Center and all applicants will be screened to ensure that they meet these requirements.
