TMIH participants will be equipped with critical information and resources necessary to transfer to and graduate from the University of California within a timely manner. To learn more about the program, click here.
Students who are interested in applying to the Transfer Making It Happen Program in 2024 must register and attend one TMIH webinar session offered and create a UC Transfer Admission Planner (UC TAP). In your TAP account, please enter any college courses and grades or AP exams up to Spring 2024, if applicable.'
