April 5The Pathway Conference formerly known as the Male Youth Empowerment Conference is annually hosted by the Center for Educational Partnerships (CEP) and the Male Success Initiative (MSI) to support High School, and Community College men of color. This year MYEC will focus on access and pathways to higher education.

April 12The Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) Staff and Faculty Association is proud to share that our scholarship application is now open. The award amount is $300 and the deadline is April 12, 2024 by 5 PM.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a currently enrolled student at Fullerton College
- Plan to finish a certificate in a Career Technical Education field OR earn an associate degree in the 2023-2024 year OR plan to be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited 4-year college or university in the next Spring or Fall term.
- Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0

- Goal of transferring to a 4-year university
- Students enrolled at NOCE must have a goal of attending FC or CC, completed at least 2 classes, and currently be enrolled in 2 classes
- Must clearly state commitment to higher education
- Provide example of the level of commitment to the Latino community; amount of community or volunteer hours served, information demonstrating leadership roles/experience
- Submit letter of recommendation; one minimum, provided by a professor, counselor, mentor, supervisor, community service leader, or an adult not related to you

Scholarship requirements:
- A resident of the state of California
- A member of an underrepresented student population
- All major are eligible
- 12 or more units completed at Cypress, Fullerton or NOCE AND enrolled at least part-time for Spring 2024
- 2.5 GPA or higher submit official or unofficial transcript
- Letter of recommendation from a Cypress, Fullerton, or NOCE faculty/staff member
- Must have a goal of transferring to a four-year college or university and/or completion of a Certificate (CTE) program of study
