Due to COVID-19 pandemic, this year Black College Expo will be hosted LIVE virtually! The Virtual California Black College Expo a 2-Day event is an ONLINE Experience for students to get access to over 100 colleges, highlighting HBCUs, historically black colleges and universities, and other educational programs.

Students can get ACCEPTED on the SPOT! College Application FEES Waived, and get SCHOLARSHIPS on the spot! All Students are invited, even community college students looking to transfer to a four year college.

Black College Expo is helping students with access to higher education for over 22 years. This event truly helps students connect to college, careers & beyond!  The event is produced by National College Resources Foundation (NCRF), a 501c3 nonprofit organization. NCRF has helped over 500,000 students get into college, and helped students connect with over 1 billion dollars in scholarships and grants.

Students, College Students, Educators, Parents, Guardians, ALL ethnic backgrounds are welcomed.

About the Black College Expo
Black College Expo™ (BCE) is a trademark program of National College Resources Foundation (NCRF), a 501c3 non-profit organization that functions daily as a full service student outreach program in various schools throughout California. BCE was founded in 1999 by Dr. Theresa Price as a vital link between minorities and college admissions. NCRF's mission is to curtail high school dropout rate and increase degree and/or certificate enrollment among underserved, underrepresented, at risk, low resource, homeless and foster students. NCRF’s vision is to close the gap in educational achievement workforce and economic disparities with the goal to end racism and racial inequalities.
