October 1The Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship is a highly selective scholarship for the nation’s top community college students seeking to complete their bachelor’s degrees at four-year colleges or universities. Each Cooke Scholar has access to generous financial support for two to three years, college planning support, ongoing advising, and the opportunity to connect with the thriving community of fellow scholars.
Each award is intended to cover a significant share of the student’s educational expenses – including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees – for the final two to three years necessary to achieve a bachelor’s degree. Awards vary by individual, based on the cost of tuition as well as other grants or scholarships they may receive. This highly competitive scholarship includes:
- Up to $55,000 per year to attend a four-year accredited undergraduate school.
- Ability to pursue any area of study.
- Personal advising about selecting a college and navigating financial aid.
- Multifaceted advising about how to transition to a four-year college and maximize the student experience.
The Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship will be accepting applications beginning October 1, 2021 and will have a deadline of January 10, 2022.

Now entering our fourth year, the Haas Undergraduate Program in collaboration with our Haas Business School Association (HBSA) is proud to share our Fall 2021 Envision Haas schedule. Envision Haas is an admissions outreach program that aims to provide admissions information to our growing number of California Community College transfer applicants. Each Envision Haas session includes an admissions info session and transfer student led panel. All Envision Haas sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom for the Fall 2021 semester.

UC Berkeley is HIGHLY committed to supporting students from non-traditional backgrounds--Formerly incarcerated, Undocumented, Current or Former Foster youth, Juvenile system engaged students and more.
